Australian service
The service provides Australian merchant trust badges, verification pages, website checks, evidence records, and APIs. It is not a contract with a United States entity. Merchant accounts, billing, support, and public verification pages are governed by these Australian terms unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
Merchant responsibilities
You must only submit websites and business details you are authorised to manage. You must keep business, contact, pricing, refund, privacy, and delivery information accurate, and you must not display a badge in a way that overstates the checks actually completed.
Verification limits
Verification pages show the evidence and checks available at the time displayed. A badge is not legal, tax, financial, insurance, cybersecurity, or consumer-law advice. Checks stay pending until the relevant evidence is connected.
Pricing and billing
Published prices for this Australian service are in AUD. Any GST, invoices, renewals, refunds, and cancellations are handled under Australian billing settings and the plan accepted by the merchant.
No public insurance promise
BuyerProtection, identity protection, chargeback defence, and claims workflows are not included unless separate written terms are published for the merchant's plan.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service to mislead shoppers, scan systems you do not control, interfere with the platform, scrape private endpoints, or use badges after suspension, expiry, or termination.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to resupply of the service or the amount paid for the affected service period.
